OLGEAR are specialists in the application of ozone in perishable food sectors. Rather than spread ourselves across the full spectrum of ozone applications as many operators do and as we did in the past, we have focused on these markets in order to develop as much market specific knowledge and actual integration information that will benefit our valued customers. OLGEAR supplies and installs appropriate ozone products or equipment, and solutions tailored to Dairy companies producing milk based products such as cheeses, yoghurts and other beverages. We have also had extensive successes in the processing, storage and distribution of perishable fruit and vegetable products in South Africa and other African countries.

Building on our knowledge of the unique requirements of our local industrial and domestic South African and African markets we have developed tailored ozone solutions to common mould, yeast, bacteria, ethylene and odour control related problems processors face. We recently added an effective, lightweight solution for the hospitality sector to remove bad odours.
