Mass Transfer Multiplier Nozzles
When used in conjunction with the patented Mazzei® Injector, the patented Mass Transfer Multiplier™ Nozzle dramatically expands your systems contacting ability for dissolving treatment gases. In addition, the Mass Transfer Multiplier™ Nozzle enhances the distribution of dissolved gases.

Static Mixers
Static mixers are used extensively in the irrigation industry to better mix chemicals before delivery. By using a static mixer in an ozone installation one achieves a better transfer of the ozone into the water through the series of restrictions that break the lamina flow of the water causing the bubbles of ozone created by the venturi to be broken down further and very violently mixed.

Wooden Airstones
OLGEAR uses Sander Lime Tree wood airstones. When diffusing ozone care must be taken to ensure that the diffusor used is ozone compatible. Many stones use adhesive that we be broken down by ozone. Diffusion of ozone has to be carefully planned as transfer efficiencies into water can be extremely low unless contact columns of several meters high are used.
